sand hollow

We went to St. George this past weekend with my parents and some cousins for a little boating trip to Sand Hollow. It was Beau’s first road trip and I was nervous he’d scream the entire way, but luckily leaving at 5am helped him sleep most of the drive. It was also his first time on a boat so I was nervous he would freak out that he had to wear a life jacket the entire time, but he LOVED it! My cousins have a baby boy the same age as B and it was so cute to see them walk around the boat in their tiny life jackets. It was such a great trip and I’m sad that it’s already over. The only thing that didn’t go as planned was that Blake lost his wedding ring in the lake after a hard crash on the wake skate, so we are getting him a new one today. We were both so sad! Now here is a photo overload of our trip.

11251016_1670562649821973_1652056316_nI just have to tell you about my sunglasses because I’m obsessed with them. Like my Blake is so sick of me talking about them, haha. I have been wanting these pair forever, but I just really didn’t want to spend that on glasses. I would have felt so guilty, especially while we are building a home. So I found these and I swear they look practically identical to the Dior ones. Right? I am in love with them!

Have a happy Monday, and thanks for reading!

Awww the tiny boys in tiny life jackets! Doesn’t get much cute than that! So sad about your hubby losing his ring! At least it wasn’t yours though! I’m guessing yours was a little more expensive than his 😉

What a gorgeous location!!! Glad to hear that he didn’t scream the whole way but sad to hear about the lost ring! I am just waiting for the day that Jeff looses his because I know it will happen. How did you enjoy stand up paddle boarding?? I need to try this!! And I agree with the sunglasses! They are super cute!!

What a fun trip! Obviously sleeping babies are the best picture!
So sorry for the lost ring! I’m always afraid of losing mine or for my hubby to lose it so we always take them off when planning to take any water activities.
    Wishing you a great week!

Thanks Tanya! I agree the sleeping baby picture is the best! I know we should have been smarter about taking off our rings! Stupid mistake, haha
